Refunds & Returns Policy for Room Design

At Room Design, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality interior decorating services and products. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for specific products under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
  • Condition of Items: The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products, as well as items purchased on sale or during special promotions, are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to maxroomace@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply for certain items.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. This process may take up to 5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or returned beyond the 14-day window.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at maxroomace@gmail.com.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We may require photographs of the damage or defect for assessment before providing a resolution.

7. Custom Orders and Personalized Items

Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders and personalized items, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
